If I ask you to imagine your dream kitchen, what hits your mind? Let me guess. A big cookery with numerous cabinets, many counters, a lot of modern cool-looking utensils, high-end electronic equipment, etc? But wait! I have a different perspective. I strongly believe that a Small Kitchen is way better than a big one.
What did you say? You don’t believe me? I knew you won’t! But let me go ahead and justify why I am saying so. Read on…
Small Kitchen Remains Clean!
I bet this is something that you will agree too! If you have huge cookery, it will be difficult to clean the kitchen as you will have everything spread all over the kitchen in case you have messed up with it.
If you are preparing something in your kitchen, it is quite natural that you might keep the ingredients and other items that they do not belong to. You do it in a hurry because all your focus will be on preparing your food because you will not want it to get spoilt at any cost.
In such a case, cleaning the messed up kitchen later can be quite a feat. But, if you have a smaller kitchen, the efforts required by you to clean the kitchen will be reduced in a significant manner.
Everything Remains In Its Place!
Would you disagree with me if I say this? No, I believe! Imagine a big cookery with so many items in it. You will find it difficult even to find the right item when you need it. In such a case, you might even end up spoiling your favorite food that you are trying to prepare.
On the other hand, if you have a small kitchen, you will have less space to keep all your items and ingredients. That way, you will also remember the place of all the items wherever you have kept if the cookery is small.
In such a case, you will find all the items whenever you need it in just a fraction of a second and you will not need to struggle to find your ingredients. So clearly, this is an advantage over a big cookery.
Small Kitchen Is Purposefully Built
This is quite logical to think. As compared to a large cooking area, a small kitchen will have a smaller area. That means that you will not be able to keep many things on your desk. This is a disadvantage for sure, but if you look at it the other way, it is positive as well.
When you have less space in your cookery, you will only have the necessary items in your cookery and everything will have its purpose. There will be nothing that will be lying unused. So now you tell me, isn’t it a good thing? You are making your kitchen productive and everything that you have in it is being used regularly.
A big cookery is a good thing in all ways, no doubt about it. But small cookery has its advantages. They will be purposefully built, you will have only the necessary items and you will regularly use them. And moreover, it will be easier to clean small cookery as compared to a larger one.
