Vietnamese Egg Coffee Ingredients:

  • 3 tablespoons coffee dessert
  • 167 milliliters of hot water
  • 2 tablespoons condense milk
  • 1 tablespoon whole milk
  • 1 pinch of cinnamon powder
  • 1 egg
  • Foam
  • 80 milliliters of milk (⅓ cup)

Steps To Follow To Make This Coffee:

Pour 2/3 of water equivalent to 167 milliliters, inside a saucepan. Meanwhile, use a cloth filter and add the three small tablespoons of coffee. Then, pour the hot water, and then you can strain the coffee with a coffee maker or do it traditionally.

The original recipe is with coffee of Vietnamese origin. Still, if you have nothing to happen, you can make any coffee you have at home.

On the other hand, take out eggs from the fridge storage box. Separate the yolk from the egg and pour it into a container. Add the condensed milk and stir until they integrate. Add a tablespoon of normal milk, mix again, and reserve.

Remember that with egg whites, you can make other recipes such as an Italian meringue or some rich coconut cookies.

Trick: Normal milk benefits the texture of coffee, as it gives it a lighter consistency.

To make the foam, you can apply this manual method. Shake the milk in a bowl for 30 seconds using a glass with a lid or a small bottle. Then, heat the foam in the microwave for 10-13 seconds. Reservation.

The time has come to assemble coffee with raw eggs! To do this, pour the mixture with condensed milk, normal milk, and egg yolk into a cup.

Add the coffee in the cup little by little and then mix well until integrated. Finally, add the milk foam with another spoon and decorate with cinnamon powder.
